Wonderstruck

Attracted by the amazing cover, I couldn’t resist when I saw this book in the library.

Published 2011, 637 pages, written by Brian Selznick.

It’s almost magical, how he managed to use both, words and illustrations, to tell two sides of a story and in the end to weave them together.

The illustrations are so fascinating and tell their story without any need of words.

I don’t think I can go into details about the story, without giving away too much. I don’t want to ruin the experience. 😉

But if you get the chance to read this book, I highly recommend it!
