Essence Camouflage Makeup&Concealer
Another recently purchased foundation… I was very tempted by the really low price and the name “camouflage”. Nevertheless, I had realistic expectations considering the price.
This foundation has a “normal” consistency. So I might say you can apply it with the tool of your choice.
For this review here I applied it with my damp makeup sponge because I wanted as much coverage as possible. I decided to go with the shade 20 nude beige.
Like always, first my face after cleaning and moisturizing
It applies easily and I’m pretty pleased with the result of just one layer.
Only under my eyes I’d like to have more coverage. Since it’s called “makeup&concealer”, I used it like that and simply applied another layer.
And seriously, I love the result. Of course it looks a bit flat because the coverage is pretty high, but that’s fixable with some bronzer and contouring.
So all in all, I’m really happy with this foundation, especially considering how cheap it is. It doesn’t last forever, but with little touch ups, it’s even in the evening still nice.
On casual days, I just apply it with my fingers. That works perfectly and still gives e a nice coverage for the redness in my face.

Eine weitere frisch erworbene Foundation… Der wirklich niedrige Preis und der Name “Camouflage” haben mich gereizt. Nichtsdestotrotz hatte ich realistische Erwartungen wenn man den Preis bedenkt.
Die Foundation hat eine “normale” Konsistenz Also würde ich sagen, dass man es mit jedem beliebigen Hilfsmittel auftragen kann. Für diesen Bericht hier habe ich mich für mein Make-up Schwämmchen entschieden, weil ich sehen wollte wieviel Deckkraft ich erreichen kann. Ich entschied mich für die Nuance 20 nude beige.

Sie lässt sich leicht auftragen und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit nur einer Schicht bisher.
Nur unter den Augen hätte ich gern ein wenig mehr Deckkraft.Da es “Makeup&Concealer” heißt, habe ich sie auch als solche genutzt und einfach eine weiter Schicht aufgetragen.
Und mal im Ernst: Ich liebe das Ergebnis. Natürlich sieht es aufgrund der hohen Deckkraft etwas flach aus, aber das lässt sich mit etwas Bronzer und konturieren korrigieren.
Also alles in allem bin ich mit dieser Foundation sehr zufrieden. Besonders wenn man bedenkt, wie günstig sie ist. Sie hält sich nicht ewig auf der Haut, aber mit ein paar kleinen Touch ups über den Tag, sieht sie auch Abends noch toll aus.
An gewöhnlichen Tagen trage ich sie einfach mit meinen Fingern auf. Das Ergebnis ist dann schön natürlich, aber trotzdem mit genug Deckkraft um meine Rötungen abzudecken.
